Like most iconic creations, Everyday Bluff started out as a dream, an escape from a reality that was losing its’ fire. From a young age I’ve had a strong love for all things fashion, so much so that my family was surprised when I expressed an interest in pursuing a career in healthcare. I too was pleasantly surprised when my mother replied, “I thought you would’ve pursued fashion”, it was comforting to know that my passion did not go unnoticed and would have been welcomed with open arms.

I believe that we were placed on this earth to live out our wildest dreams; life is full of endless possibilities, and we mustn’t be afraid to experience it all. Although my initial career led me on the opposite side of fashion, down a road of science and healing, I believe it served a strong purpose during that time of my life. I am beyond thankful for that experience and the countless opportunities I had to heal, rescue, and comfort. Let’s live for ourselves and never shy away from a plot twist.

 As I previously mentioned, I have always loved fashion, never letting a moment pass without sharing that with those around me. As a young girl my Liberian family playfully teased me by saying, “you girl, you like to bluff too much”. Bluff is a term commonly used by Liberians to let one know that your actions and style are top tier, and you are seen. it’s like saying “yaaas hunny” or “looking good”- it is the ultimate compliment. When I was creating this brand, I wanted to incorporate all parts of me. I want my customers to be unafraid in their fashionable expressions, to think EXTRA and unapologetically place it on display. Bluff (v): The act of showing off while looking good; To don your best and give them a show. Beautiful people, get ready to BLUFF.
